How can I make a complaint?
Most problems are straightforward and can easily be sorted out. If you have a complaint, you should in the first instance contact Isio:

They will try to resolve your problem in a timely manner. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should then make a formal complaint to the Trustee under the Trustee’s Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP). If required, you can request this from the admin team at veolia@Isio.com
